This is just a note to say what a wonderful job Juan Garcia and his crew did on our walkway and patio at our house. He is professional, fair, on schedule, communicative, and performs better than expected. We were so pleased, we then had him pour a very large driveway at one of our rental properties and finances permitting will be asking him to pour another rental driveway as well as extending the current driveway at our home.
One very important item in this work which Juan is very concientious of, is to be sure that water flows away from the home or landscape which solved a water problem we had at the rental. I highly recommend Juan Garcia for any concrete work, large or small. I have attached a couple pictures of the walkway and patio that Juan poured.

In November of 2020, I noticed cement work being done in the neighborhood. I was curious, since I wanted to improve our driveway, I stopped and was able to receive a quote the same day from Mr. Juan Garcia. He constructed a new driveway, walkway and an additional portion parallel to our home. The crew worked efficiently and were very professional. Mr. Garcia made sure that the work was completed on or before Thanksgiving. Neighbors have inquired and complimented the work. I forwarded his phone number to those who were interested.
